BIRLIK CAMP
In 2018, the Birlik Rotational Camp Project marked a major milestone in workforce support at the Tengiz field. Spearheaded by EuSS, this initiative introduced a newly built, state-of-the-art camp with a capacity of 4,000 beds—fully funded by the company itself. Within this modern facility, EuSS provides comprehensive hotel services tailored to meet the needs of enterprises operating in the region.
Beyond infrastructure, the project delivered a powerful boost to local employment. With approximately 500 new jobs created, it has significantly enhanced job opportunities for residents of the Atyrau region and Zhylyoi district, reinforcing EuSS’s commitment to regional development and community empowerment.
